San Juan Specialty Wood Products is manufacturing an economical and efficient line of vacuum products which are offered under the VAC-U-CLAMP trademark. We are proud to distribute VAC-U-CLAMP products in Canada. We have been using these vacuum jigs in our manufacturing operation with good success. The strength of vacuum clamping combined with ease of use make these jigs a hit in our shop. In addition to the vacuum bench hold downs our craftsmen have found the circle-cutting fixture to be very easy to adjust and use. With extension bars we can now rout a ten-foot radius arc with accuracy and control. Our customers have reported high levels of satisfaction with the veneering and forming bag system. The bag is the only one on the market with a simple to use zip lock type closure. With this system you can now make your own curved shapes and then apply a veneer to the curved surface. The efficiency of the venturi for creating a vacuum continues to amaze those who have tried it. The venturI draws less than 1.5 CFM at 75 PSI yet evacuates the bag at 1.2 CFM so even a small nailing compressor is sufficient.If you don't have a compressor we can supply a mechanical vacuum pump.
